FIRST, subscribe to the list (external)
To reach most developers using PyQt and PyKDE, use use the mailinglist. If your problem is known, and someone can help you on this list, the average time to get a response is 24 hours.

After a minute or two you should receive a mail which you have to reply. Do this by pressing the "reply" button and send the reply. Now you are subscribed.
